how to install skin texture in counter stirke:source if the file in .bmp file? please help me, 'cuse i'mm a newbie

Open the MDL.
go to Textures Tab
pick the texture you want to replace.
click IMPORT
and find the texture
Note:
The texture must have the same size(highest is 552x552)
and should be 8-bit-depth or 256 colors
