this is not new lol!
it was release around 2002 or 2003, i think.
development of it has been halted though.
really good game finally some ffa with real life weapons and some kung-fu haha!
but i really hate the ala dod recoil it uses.

download the steam version at moddb.com then install it within half-life folder.
You can use the CS1.6 Warzone standalone (google it) for this it can even ran Cry of Fear mod and all other HL mods.
If you use that the directory should be something like this for example...
C:\Counter-Strike\ts

then make a shortcut and edit the target box like so...
C:\Counter-Strike\hl.exe -game ts -console
