good convert and good model ,but the weapon is on the wrong side .

-open milkape
-import all references
-click in tools/mirror all,will appear a window click left-right.
-export all references
-click in new
-import the idle animation,click in tools/mirror all,will appear a window click left-right.
-export as sequence
do this with all anims
one at each time
compile

NOTE when importing the anim in milkshape click in NO or your anim will make 30 dead frames.
