This is my MW3 M4 Hybrid Sight, specially for Dynamuse..
pack contains all p,v,w models and sounds.. enjoy,
UPDATED!! Bolt now in the right position, and rigged with Delta MW3 Sleeves..

There seems to be a problem with your link, At least for me.
You should try Mediafire, I find that the quickest and most simplistic way to upload files.
