follow every step of this

1st:open the mdl with HLMV

2nd:select textures tab

3rd: look for the lens texture:

4rth:tick the option ''additive'':

5th:go back to the mdl and u will see that lens is transparent (not black):

6th: go to FILE tab then select save mdl as , after that replace the old mdl in cstrike/models with the new one and enjoy !!!
