# Open the model you have compiled before on Jed Half-Life Model Viewer.
# Go to Weapon Origin tab and select one animation (shoot1 animation should help you much).
# JHLMV weapon origin
# Now press Stop and put the value 0 on the box.
Examine one-by-one animation that stand still until animation start (move).
JHLMV animation
# Remember animation that you need to remove, example from 0-2.
We need atleast 1 animation that stand still before animation start
# Now open up shoot1.smd using notepad
JHLMV animation
# Find a line where it say time 0 then delete the all line between time 0 till time 3,
so now you can see time 3 is right below skeleton line. Save it
JHLMV animation
# Do that with all other smd's
# Recompile the models.
