How to use player models in CSS???

Guys, before you think of anything, i want u to know that I'm not talking about normal player models. I found some awesome player models in [url=gungame.ucoz.com][/url][url=gungame.ucoz.com]gungame.ucoz.com[/url] but i can't install them.
The player models are names as "lara.mdl" etc. And nope, renaming them doesn't seem to help. I want to install models like lara croft, jacksparrow, max payne, jimmy, etc.
The site says i need a plugin, but I NEED EXACT DETAILS. Anyone?
