I vote for Niko Bellic since he's a Serbian, I know about the war he talks about, and overall he's really cool. I could also understand when he spoke Serbian in game ^^

Niko for me, because he looks like sasha from the movie behind enemy lines LOL, IMO gta 4 storyline is the most jaw dropping =)
