Also if you want to view the picture instantly you put [img][/img] in each end like this
[img]brokepicture[[/img] something like that. It is the picture icon when you are gonna post something Smile

that i am not sure i was going to learn how but i said to myself how the loading screen is now is good enough for me.

i wouldnt recommend this but if u want the pic to go full screen the only way i know so far is to play cs1.6 on 1024x768 that will make it full screen.

You misunderstood me, I said that how did you changed the default loading window(after you selected a map to play etc.) to a full screen loading window.
