Unfortunately
Well i can't because my pc got f***ed up last week. But i can tell you how to do it. First you open the qc file. Second you find a line $cliptotextures and just below it write this:
$origin 0 a 0
'a' being your desired origin.
Then save the qc file.
Open up milkshape3d and click on tools>half life>compile qc file and youre done.
Note: if you know how to change origins in hlmv then its ok.
If not then click on weapon origin tab and in Origin y place your value and click on test. Probably put 2 or 1.
I hope this will help.
$origin 0 a 0
'a' being your desired origin.
Then save the qc file.
Open up milkshape3d and click on tools>half life>compile qc file and youre done.
Note: if you know how to change origins in hlmv then its ok.

Every time you rescale a model. You'll need to re origin it.
And scale 1.2 or 1.5 is enough.

Ok
Hey man keep one thing in mind if rescaling messes up your model dont rescale it. And one more thing always decompile the mdl file by the kratisto half life model decompiler in ms3d and to edit it use tools>halflife>edit qc file and make the changes instead of opening it manually with notepad.
Then compile the qc file.
The most imp thing dont forget to first download a new one before you start.
Hope this helps.

this is what i did:
i used ms3d to decompile the model then i went to tools>half life> edit qc file and made the changes their, i only opened the qc file maually becuase i wanted to show you if i did the qc file editing correctly
yeah i always have the rar and when i screw up i re-extract it
also does that mean this model cant be changed?

Which one?
If you are talking about the one u have messed with, yes it can be changed but i prefer that you should should re extract. And next time you edit the qc file, edit it from ms3d not manually. There is no use of showing me as i am currently using my dad's phone since my pc is no more and his phone is not so hi-tech.

Oh man
Dont say that u dont have ms3d full version if u have then go to tools there is kratisto half life mdl decompiler in the list. Follow the instructions and again start with a new model.

Re: M8a1 bo2 with camos
Try to do this
tools>kratisto hl mdl decompiler 1.7 . Select your .mdl file and proceed as i had said earlier Also was the original scaling 1.5 or you did it? Change it to 1.0 not 1. And next time use private messaging this thread is getting 2 big.

1st, i have full version i just thought when u said tools>kratisto hl mdl decompiler 1.7 it was in tools>half life.
2nd i got the model working perfectly fine no glitches or errors, i used tools>kratisto hl mdl decompiler 1.7 (as u said), then edited the qc file there, i put in 2.0 for scale and also added in $origin 0 1.0 0, then compiled it and it came out perfect.
3rd it doesnt matter if it gets 2 big, it got big because i needed help fixing the model up so it should matter.
4th THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP MAN I REALLY APPRECIATE IT. ALSO ANOTHER THANK YOU FOR EVERYONE WHO TRIED HELPING ME, U GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!
