About COD Request in Porting Kingdom ???

Umm my i ask something???

I want to post a request (In Porting Kingdom). but before that i want to ask :

1. Is the Weapon/Model requested must be from COD series ??? because there are many other game weapon in this forum but it called "COD REQUEST".....
2. Lets say i want KSG-12.. But the modder need a model for porting.. can i post a link for the model from another game (Lets say GTA). because iam not a modder so i didnt know A THING how to MAKE MOD...

A Third one.. a little out of topic.......
3. Is there any web/forum that look like these but BF3 Themed ???
