MW3 MK14 delta hands and sleeves

anyone can make a mk14 with delta hands and sleeves and red dot sight for sg550 slot? i find one mk14 for sg550 slot but the mk14 have SAS sleeves... i try to change the sleeves, but i don't have any experience. if you do it, you help me a lot

this have good anims and i fix the textures but dont have delta hands or arms
ask to rafael or geno if they can rigg the hands n.n
