- Can someone suggest wat best program to convert mp3 file => wav ?
i used this one program, but it make the file tooooo big. mp3 about 3mb, and it make wav to over 10mb.

please suggest !

what kind of .wav and sampling does it have to be for counter strike to play it properly? when I fire my gun they sound like distant gun shots Neutral
