Unable to send files

sup guys! im here to say...i can't upload files but i can still post topics,works...of course...the forum should had a "add attachments" thingy (just like yahoo where u can upload files)
well i'll be posting some stuff tho [ex camos retexts] and yes i can't DOWNLOAD ANYTHING D:

the problem is, this is not an hosted forum, just an free forum, u can't add an "add attachment"

then there's a problem with your computer...or internet. works fine in my laptop even in usb broadband stick.
