How to edit weapon stats for CS 1.6?

Just a short one. How to edit the weapon stats in CS 1.6? i.e. making all 5.56 assault rifles to 4-hit-kills and 7.62 rifles to 3-hit-kills etc

you can use nst_wpn to add weapons and configuer him
