how can you change a CS 1.6 model To CS:S, is it possible?

It's really necessary for the mod im making for counter-strike source. (Modern Warfare 2) If you could help me out, it would be amazing. I know theres some great modelers in this forum, all im asking is some help in converting a model to cs:s.

i think u need a qc file for cs:s for that mdl and u need to convert the textures in vtf and put them in materials/weapons and the sound in sound/weapons and u make a script for sound and put it in a script folder
besides u ll need a compiling Programm which compile the files ( without textures) for cs:s

i'm not sure how to do weapon models, however objects i can, and have done.
