Well the reason why you haven't seen it anywhere is because it doesn't exist actually
I was disappointed that there is no m200 in mw3 so i took the mw2 one and added the new rail and scope plus some texture editing to make it look like it were the real thing.
Either way im going to update it sometime soon. (model / textures)

But the best part its that its one of a kind so if somebody takes this and changes the textures it will be pretty obvious from where it came from
