The way the guy is holding those pistols looks a little bit gangsta. Maybe Rambo is holding them? :O
I just want to say that you could rotate left pistol/hand a little bit to left and right a little bit to right. But not too much. Get it?

Reload:
1. the guy press some buttons on the gun with thumbs (you can release mag. like that on most pistols)
2. magazines drop
3. he take down the glocks
4. put in new magazines (that part isn't visible on the screen, the glocks are still down)
5. and he take them up again.

also the parts from 3 to 5 together shouldn't take more than 4-5sec.
Just an idea.

draw need quicker
