black ops weapon help (BIG)

i need someone who knows how to re-origin a model, rig sleeves, fix a model from right-handed to left handed and animation stuff
P.S these aren't my model
G11: rig SOG sleeve or mw2 rangers sleeve (it's not really necessary about the sleeve), re-origin to:
X:3.000000
Y:-1.000000
Z:-2.000000
Galil: fix it from left-handed to right handed, rig black ops SOG sleeve or mw2 rangers sleeve
M16: change the animation to PECKS anim, retexture the front body of the model like the middle part of the body, rig SOG sleeve or mw2 rangers sleeve (it's not really necessary about the sleeve)
Crossbow: rig SOG sleeve or mw2 rangers sleeve
KS-23: change it to Unkn0wn's AE870 anim
PLZ...... accept my reques
