HOW TO MAKE AIMABLES???

hey guys i just found this mod for half life called PARANOIA. I found out that it has ironsight weapons.
so i was wondering that i could replace those models with mw2 weapons.....but 1 problem
i dont know how to make them aim............. could someone make a tutorial on how to make aimable weapons???

well....theoraticaly...take the m4 aimable sequence in the .smd file....from the m4 cs1.6

you just edit the silencer onn/off anims and instead of that you can either make a fast or slow movement to change the origin from hip firing to ADS. usualy the ADS mode is the silencer idle, and the hip firing is the idle without silencer so in the one with the silencer you fisrt have to eliminate the silencer from the reference smd and then edit the silencer idle sequence so that it's aiming the sights then edit the silencer withrawing/adding sequence so that in the one that is adding it you make the slow or fast movement of the model so it's aiming and in the silencer withdraw(off) the model moves to the original origin, you also have to edit the shoot and the reload with silencer animations so they have the same origin as the silencer idle. the little rest is for you to find out( common sense needed here).
