animations are too robotic, only one arm moves at a time, try giving it more life, like first try doing the animation yourself in real life with anything you have, soyou can see how the arms would move when doing things like boltpulling or changing the mags, you'll see that you'll get better anims with a little more work(well it's like 3 times more work than you do with these anims)

all aminations now is make by milkshape so not smooth like 3ds
i'm still practice with milkshape !!!

sorry to say but the anims are still too robotic, they lack movement and life, when it pulls the gun right from his back it goes straight forward in only one direction check some other anims and you'll see that they have more hand movement, more gun movement check shortez's anims in gamebanana you'll see what 'm talking about...
