can someone make MW2 m4a1 with heartbeat sensor and silencer for 1.6 ?????

I know i but it's dont have camo you can make like that only for 1.6 http://csexe.ru/load/167-1-0-8873 ???

export the texture
import the texture of the "CAMO"
to the MW2 M4A1 WITH HBS
done and save the MODEL!
