http://csexe.ru/load/18-1-0-11517 i dont like these anims ,anyone who can change them? because i need an elites with battery hands ! i can't do it because i don't know to do or put anims on a model !

Well you have to edit the qc file on what model you want change the animation.
First decompile your model. Look for the qc file of your decompile model.
Open it with 3dsmilkshape then edit it and add the animation you like.
Then save it then recompile your model then your good to go
