cansmoone teach me how to fix "too many vertices" problems without

You have to split meshes (your model). Instead of 1 big reference delete it in a few parts. Limit is 3500 triangles (TOOLS=>MODEL STATISTICS to check how much you have).
For example, if you have 8000 triangles, you must split them into 3 refs, 2 with 3500 (a bit smaller, like 3200 or around, it doesnt have to be accurate, just not above) and 1 with rest.
After that, you open your QC file, and edit this part
//reference mesh(es)
$body "studio" "random name"
$body "studio" "random name"
(red part is different, it depends on which model is it.
Now, if you have 3 refs, you add 1 more line, so it looks like this
$body "studio" "ref1"
$body "studio" "ref2"
$body "studio" "ref3"
Save your QC and compile

uhm..how can you delete the vertices or the triangles? if theres a video could you show me if not, tell me the exact steps

CLICK "SELECT" PICK THE VERTICES YOU WANT TO REMOVE AND PRESS "DEL" (DELETE)
