let me give you my expert sight about this aim:

the only thing i can give you for this is, the aim need be faster, and make shoot with aimed gun to check your skills.

ah other thing use curve editor, the curve editor are important for every animator for fix every horrible move,

ah please deactive the blur, because i can't check the aim move.

yea .. but i donnt like it ,,, its hard to animate ,,, and ill relise just the smd for compilein ,,, css mostley i think ...

that rig have problem with the right hand, this will be look horrible in css [i have that rig i my pc]
looks mirrored or something like that,

man animate is easy, you practice, i think you need watch this video for help,
