new weapon creating for cs 1.6

can anyone help me to get the necessary files for creating new weapons for cs 1.6?I mean necessary plugins and include files...So please,If anyone have any idea,answer on my post.Thanks in advance.....

need files like nst plugins but without zombie mod,just making clear weapons....

I am sorry i was not here for the long time. Yes,i would like to add new weapons to the cs 1.6 default weapons...I even dont need to add weapons to default buymenu,just will add the command to buy them...I think the nst_wpn mod is a good answer where to start,but i want something other because i dont understand Thai language....
