I MADE A RADAR
AN ANIMATED RADAR
ITS A HBS THAT LOOKS LIKE ITS SCANNING...
I FINISHED IT BUT WHEN I LOOK AT IN-GAME
I DONT SEE THE HBS MOVING
SO...
IF ANYONE CAN HELP PLSS

i think because that is a gif image but if u use a gif image and set as ur wallpaper it doesnt move i think its the same in cs 1.6 , if u use that animated to put in cs1.6 it doesnt move
