Can someone explain??

Hello.
Today I was trying to make a model for my Star Wars mod for Counter Strike 1.6.
I've found a model but i have to modify it (animations are not good for me).
This is what occured when I got to this:
Reference totally messed up, skeleton is on its place. can someone explain what's wrong with it? I don't have problems like that when making weapon anims...

A Star Wars Mod For Cs 1.6 this gonna be amazing and search at

If someone had the same problem - I'd explain, because i got rid of that.
I was animating the skeleton only. Do not anim the skeleton only! It's gonna cause such problems.
First import the model, then press "anim" button in ms3d and start rotating/moving the bones.

PS. Ah yes, Star Wars mod is my baby :3 It's gonna be done soon. If you know Polish or if you can use a translator - check it out here:
