Model Problem Empty Model Problem

hi guys ive done some ports and they are perfect and not good :L but im trying to port the acr and ive go this white problem and the textures wont go in i forgot to mentioned the 1000 material problem as well can anyone tell me how to fix it? Smile Any Solutions?

me too i have this problem, there's a lot of material and no texture and when i try to compile it says error missing Vdefault.bmp ??!!! Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked
