PLEASE HELP ME!

hey can some one guide me to a toutorial how to make a Model for cs 1.6, i can import my .obj it into 3ds max but when i apply a texture its all screwed up lol please help me its for my MW2 to CS vacant map, it will solve one of my errors

Maybe because u have to put the uv map to the textures..
