Now, how does Big Ross say that you had alot of inactive accounts on that IP? Big Ross is a cool guy, and he wouldn't make a mistake. Did your brother create them or you did?
He [Gimy] have 2 computers but the ip is same cuz he have the same modem for both computers...
You can download the program for hiding or changing ip but it doesn't work to me...
Also if you try to change your ip you can lose internet connection and much more bad things can happened to your pc...
