You made a bit mistake now. NEVER convert textures or detailed images to jpg. You lose quality. Only format you may use besides bmp is png and it's my favorite to be honest. So, if you have a texture you want to upload, either put it in .rar and upload somewhere, or convert to PNG and upload to CUBEUPLOAD.COM since they support PNG pics.

Besides that, you must pat attention to the UV map, and you must check frequently how does it look on model. This looks alright, but glove texture is too big. Check the screen.
