It was like this:
I import the gun and the arm with their bind file, join weapon to rig and then I import the animation. Everything looks perfect in Maya.
Then I export it as .fbx format because I want to transfer it to 3ds max, as a result, when I export it, it says something like this
when I import the fbx file into max, it says:"The application stop running"
PS: Both my Maya and Max are 2012 version.

Still, Maya 2011 doesn't really work.
When max reads fbx file with meshes, it crash, but Dae format works for mesh, but not for animation(hand twists together and the frame is only 100)
If I delete all the meshes and export as fbx file, max doesn't crash, but animation only has 100 frame, and sometimes the arm flashes to other places
Now mesh is OK, but animation still doesn't work

Here are all my issues now.

haa this is rotation bugs you need use the curve editor to fix it

Well, I see. Curve Editor is from max, but I still don't know how to do it.
Do you have these kinds of problems when you deal with that Commando?

in curve editor,you will see the rotation of the animation in different axis,(x-y-z)
so,you will see it as 3 "waves".when the animation is buggy,the wave will look strange like -_
