I'm trying to learn how to make animations in 3dsmax

my 3dsmax is 2011
as you can see in this video is not good
but that was the only time I tried to animate


I just need you guys to give me some tips

I think my father nows something about animating in 3dmax i gonna ask for him when him comes of the job.

and modeler not profissional but he uses 3d max since 1990 or something like that he nows a lot of things about 3d max.

good man, bot bad since when you compile this i recomended to lower i little the idle animations put like 22 fps or something like that, very, i have a resquest for you, can you give me that rig, i watching for some rig, in especial the ro2 hands , can you give me ??
