i know to animate at 3ds max models but i dont know how to add animations to cs 1.6 can you help me pls?

Importing:
1) Decompile the Model using milkshape 3d
1.2) MS3d -> Tools -> Kratistos HL Decompiler -> Locate The MDL of the File

2) Import By Using MilkShape 3d
2.1) MS3d -> File -> Import -> Locate The SMD of The Reference

You Will Find The Reference Under
//reference mesh(es)
$body "Domar251" "Vort3x_Deagle" <--- Reference Of Deagle
$body "Dynamuse" "Vort3x_hands1" <--- Reference Of Hands
//$body "Dynamuse" "Vort3x_sleeves" <--- Reference Of Sleeves

It Depends On The Compiler, He Can Change The Reference Name To Whatever He Likes.
